Gayane has acted as lead counsel for several multinational financial, IT, energy, real estate, advertising and retail companies in high-profile transactions. Gayane represents both Armenian and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters. She also specializes in antitrust matters, securities law compliance and reporting. Gayane advises clients in connection with their investment activities and legal issues, including issues concerning business entity formations, corporate finance, debt and equity investments in Armenia, and IP matters. She works with major foreign investors to agree on and develop tailored structures, as well as manages the efficient implementation of projects while ensuring compliance with local and international legal requirements.
